Belle’s Brown Ale (American Brown Ale) – 3.9% ABV / 15 IBU / 5 Gallons – BIAB

Fermentables

  • Pale Ale (10 pounds)
  • Crystal 60L (8 ounces)
  • Chocolate (8 ounces)
  • Black Patent (1 ounce)

Hops

  • Cascade (1 ounce, 0.75oz @ 60 min / 0.25oz @ 5 min)

Yeast

  • White Labs (Ale) WLP001 – California Ale
