Imperial Irish Ale (Irish Red Ale) – 7.2% ABV / 25 IBU/ 5 Gallons

Fermentables

  • 2 Row Base (7.5 pounds)
  • Munich – Light (5.5 pounds)
  • CaraMunich (12 ounces)
  • Cystal 120L (12 ounces)

Hops

  • Hallertauer (3 ounces, 2oz @ 60 min / 1oz @ 15 min)
  • Cascade (1 ounce, 0.5oz @ 15 min / 0.5oz @ 5 min)

Yeast

  • Wyeast (Ale) 1084 – Irish Ale
